As a global leader in high-performance composite material solutions, we follow a strict project model in product development. Customers specify clear requirements for product structure and performance, and our R&D team matches these through material selection, process optimization, and formulation design in terms of performance and cost.
The company currently has 44 product R&D personnel and 114 process technicians. The directions of product R&D include continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic pre-impregnated tape (CFRT), double-layer sheets, solid boards, honeycomb cores, honeycomb panels, composite fabrics, and other thermoplastic composite materials, as well as SMC, BMC, molding, pultrusion, weaving, and other thermosetting composite materials.
As of June 2024, the company has independently developed over 1,000 products, undertaken 68 various scientific research projects, and obtained 224 authorized patents, including 23 invention patents.
The testing center, established in 2004, currently has more than 50 professional technical personnel, a testing site of over 5,000 square meters, and owns more than 150 sets of various instruments and equipment, with imported equipment accounting for over 40%.
The testing content exceeds 60 items, meeting the physical performance testing, static mechanical testing, fatigue mechanical testing, chemical analysis testing, and microstructure analysis, in the fields of carbon fiber, glass fiber and fabrics, fiber-reinforced materials, photovoltaic products, automotive parts, etc.
The testing methods adopt international ISO and ASTM standards. The testing center has passed the national accreditation by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and the certification by the authoritative certification body DNV-GL in the global wind power industry.
It currently possesses more than 150 independent patent technologies and has led or participated in the formulation of more than 12 national or industry standards for composite material testing methods.
Guided by the transformation of production technology, We are undergoing intelligent upgrading and transformation to realize the automation of production processes and the digitalization of product information.
It independently develops and modifies production equipment, adopting semi-automation and full automation in some processes.
Currently, automated equipment has been adopted in online inspection, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and other aspects.
With the implementation of systems such as the Quality Management System (QMS), AI vision inspection system, and Data Acquisition System (SCADA), the overall production capacity has been greatly enhanced.
Through advanced information technology systems such as the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Resource Management System (ERP), as well as facilities and equipment like the fully automatic warehouse logistics system, fully automatic handling system, and standardized packaging, the electronic management of system information is realized.
Operators achieve data-driven enterprise management through automatic input with advanced information technology systems, enhancing the level of production automation.
